Delete your account
You can delete one child's data or your whole family account whenever you like.
In the app
- 1Open My Little Friend and go to the parent area. It asks for your password.
- 2Open “Your family's data”.
- 3Choose “Delete our account” — or delete just one child's data.
- 4Type the word it asks for, to confirm.
We wait 14 days in case you change your mind, and you can cancel the deletion in that time. After that everything is deleted, and copies in our backups are gone within 35 days.
By message
Can't open the app? Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram from the phone number on the account, and tell us whether to delete one child or the whole account. We make sure it's really you before we delete anything.
What is deleted
Your account, your children's profiles and progress, their friends, coins and diamonds, and your settings. A few records that children's safety or the law needs are kept for a limited time, with personal details removed wherever possible.
